I ordered the eSIM twice and I am still waiting for it 3 days later - number ending in 437

I’m really sorry to hear that you’ve been waiting for your eSIM, that’s definitely not the experience we want for you, and I completely understand how inconvenient this must be.

Here are a few quick checks that might help:

Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) – your eSIM QR code is usually sent via email.
Confirm your device supports eSIM – not all devices are compatible.
Restart your phone – sometimes this refreshes pending downloads or activations.
Log in to the iD Mobile app or website – you can check the status of your eSIM order there.
Ensure your current SIM is removed before activating the eSIM – this avoids conflicts.
