outgoing call issue

Hi, when I make an outgoing call, it doesn’t ring, they can hear me but I can’t hear anything. Gets frustrating so I ring through WhatsApp and that works fine.
The sim has been put in another phone and it was the same.

Try performing a network reset. A signal drop when making a call usually indicates that your device is switching from 4G/5G to 3G to complete the call. However, if 3G has been switched off in your area, the device may fail to complete the call.
