Over Billed payment for July

Hello,

My last plan ended in June and a payment was deducted from my account as normal in July.

How can this be refunded back to me. I had a monthly budget which this deduction has really made put me into a great debt.

I will appreciate it if you can only deduct the data amount used a d refund me the balance. No amount is too small for me atvggis time.
