Hi I've just signed up to you and phone and sim on order but I want to keep my current number I have my PAC number to

    Thank you for reaching out.

     

    If you would like to keep your current mobile number, you can transfer it to your new iD Mobile SIM by submitting your PAC code. This can be done easily through the iD Mobile app.

    To do this:

    • Log in to the iD Mobile app once your SIM is active
    • Select Services
    • Choose Switch to iD
    • Enter your PAC code and the mobile number you wish to keep
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer

    Please note that if your number is already with iD Mobile, we are unable to transfer it between two iD Mobile accounts. In this case, you would need to upgrade the existing contract to retain the number.
