PAC code - 3 unsuccessful requests. 6 hours spent back and forth on live chat without resolution

Please send me my PAC code. I have spent 6 hours of live chat which has been incredibly unhelpful. Three attempts have now been made to send me my PAC code to my email address and an alternative email address was also tried. I have checked both junk folders and there is no PAC code there. I am going on holiday in a few days and need my PAC code as a matter of urgency. Please note i do not have a physical sim card. The esim plan was taken out on a phone that was not compatible with an esim. This plan has been cancelled however my phone number switched across to ID mobile today despite multiple attempts to cancel the PAC request yesterday which was unsuccessful. I need my number back so i can port it to a pay as you go sim card with another network which i have. Please help resolve this ASAP
