I have just upgraded with ID and want to keep my number I'm not coming from another network I got a pac code but its now saying if I use it my next bill will be the full amount on the new device and plan

Welcome to the Community!

When you select the upgrade option you would keep the same number you would just purchase a new handset or SIM.

However if you have purchased another handset under a new contract with us you won’t be able to move the number between accounts.
