My account has been disconnected & I have requested my pac code twice today but still haven't received it. Will it be sent to me via my email or sms. I need it in an email I can't receive any text messages as the account has been disconnected so I am not currently on any network ?

Please check both your inbox and junk/spam folders, as PAC codes are sent via both SMS and email.

I just need my pac code emailing me, I've been on chat a number.ber of times keep getting told to check junk mail tben sent back to chat. No one seems to be able to help. Have been trying for 2 days now.
