Hi, I’ve recently bought a new contract through ID. I have received my PAC code from EE. When I set up the phone I believe I just did a data transfer and haven’t got anywhere where I can enter the PAC. When I try and log on it wants to send a text to my new ID mobile but I’m unable to receive anything. Can someone help on how best to get my PAC code uploaded. I’ve also tried to activate SIM but have thrown away SIM card once popping the SIM card inside phone. Please can someone explain best options.
