PAC code choose an earlier date

When i submit my PAC which doesnt expire until next month I get a repeated error message saying to choose an earlier date and that the date I selected is not within the range which is not true. But I get a SMS from idmobile confirming the switch on the date but it didnt work on that day so it doesnt work at all.
