pac code for old ee number but i want to keep my id number as an esim please

I’d like to use my pac code from ee to transfer to my physical sim wit Id and use my current number with id as an a eSIM so I can have both numbers running

hi Gemma yeah I’ve got a problem. It looks like I’m paying for two contracts and when they’re originally signed up it was meant to be unlimited data now I’ve just had to put an add-on on there because I’ve got children so I need unlimited data so I know I definitely signed up for unlimited data. Can you please rectify this? And also the fact that I’ve been paying twice since I set up the account and refund that for me please? Or give me the next few months free whatever’s easier
