I received my PAC code and it was accepted by ID mobile then I was given a changeover date. Three weeks later , the number hasn’t transferred. The Chat Bot has not given me any new information and I cannot for love nor money get the button to speak to a person to appear...i have tried on my Chromebook and my mobile and I am going around in circles.
After checking my emails, i found one that said ‘no port date selected’. If this is true, how on Earth do I select a port date at this point?
I am currently paying for two contracts due to this issue. Please help!
