PAC Code transfer

Hi 

I have just joined ID mobile and want to move move old number over.

I have a PAC code from my old provider.

Chatbot says I need to select “Switch to iD” on your Plan screen.

I just can’t find it

Please can you help

Hi

Urgent request please can you help?
I have received 2 text messages today form ID mobile saying
that I have purchased  £6.00 add on for 500 minutes and
£15.00 add on for an extra 6GB add on.
I am extremely worried about this!!
I suggest a fraud or scam has taken place.
I have under no circumstance requested this!
What has happened?
I am on unlimited minutes..... why on earth would I pay £6 for 500 more mins. I have unlimited!!
And I rolled over nearly 50 GB of data, so absolutely no way did I request more data.
Please can you look into this for me as a matter of extreme urgency!!
Please keep me updated
