pac number

Hello,

I’ve read up on the help and it says to contact yourselves.

I’ve currently got a eSIM in my phone with a number I want to keep, however have taken out a contract with yourselves which didn’t ask for pac number.

I don’t want to download the eSIM to this phone and then it not work. Please can you advise me on this.
