just switched over from Three and entered my PAC so i can keep my number howvere ive some reason been given a nee number ? i would like my old number back

Hi @Robblackjp,

When you join iD Mobile, you're assigned a temporary number straight away so that your service can start working immediately.

If you've already submitted your PAC code from Three, there's no need to worry. You'll need to wait for the number transfer to complete, and once it does, your temporary iD Mobile number will be replaced with your old number from Three.

If you've only recently submitted the PAC, the transfer may still be in progress. Once completed, your desired number should appear automatically on your iD Mobile service.
