PAC number transfer schedule

I entered my PAC from my previous carrier code when ordering my new sim from ID.

I have now installed the sim and activated my account.  At some point it said that if I had given my PAC code during the ordering process number transfer would take place “on the requested data”.  However I do not think I was ever asked for a transfer date.  Am I able to check that the transfer is in hand and when to expect it to be completed?
