Ive transferred to ID with a new IPhone 16 Pro from O2 on a personal line - I have also added in a second business Sim to my phone on Vodafone which is working fine.
i can make calls on my Primary (ID) line and use data, but incoming calls are answered with ‘number unobtainable’ and I cannot send texts on my ID line - I can receive them though as evidenced from my text from ID this morning.
reading similar issues leads me to think I am experiencing a split port and therefore need ID tech team to help.
i have already spoken to customer support and been through the usual hoops to reset the phone / network settings etc and advised the tech team would contact me in 48 hours which had been and gone.
could this be raised with the ID tech team to investigate and resolve please?
