Payment for phone end date

I started paying for my phone and Sim in November 2025 and I want to know when I have paid for the phone as it is nearly been a year. I would like to know the date that it ends - my last payment for the phone and the details of my plan

Phone contracts are typically 24 months in length, so if you started your agreement in November 2025, your minimum term would usually be due to end around November 2027.

To check your exact contract end date and plan details:

Sign in to the iD Mobile app or your online account.
Go to Account.
Select Plan Details.
You'll be able to view your minimum term end date, upgrade eligibility date, and details of your current plan.

This will show you the exact date of your final handset payment and when your minimum term ends.
