    Hi @tomek994

You need to check the bill cap that is set on your account:-

To change your iD Mobile bill cap, simply log in to the iD Mobile app or your online account and go to the Bills section. From there, select Manage bill cap, adjust the slider or enter a new amount, and then tap Save/Confirm to update your spending limit immediately.

If this is set to only cover your basic monthly cost then any payments sent via SMS e.g. competitions, will not go through. Your limit should be set to include the cost of the entry/payment PLUS the cost of sending the SMS as well. If you do change your bill cap please make sure that it is set to an amount that you can afford to pay.

You can check the cost of short codes (and other additional ‘out of plan charges’) here:-

    Hope this helps x

    Hi @tomek994,

As mentioned by @Decembersangel72, this may require your bill cap to be increased, depending on what you're trying to do.

Could you please provide a little more information about the issue you're experiencing? That will help us point you in the right direction.

    Regards,
