I recently joined ID mobile, I have had problems with the e-sim not working, it comes up with ‘call failed’ when trying to make a call. I could use the network though for the internet and receive calls. I contacted customer services who have sent a new physical sim. I now have no mobile service whatsoever on my phone. I am only able to use WIFI, I tried to activate the sim following an activation text that come through to say this was in progress, after hours I have nothing. I was advised to try the sim in another phone, it does not work. I have tried resetting network settings, turning WiFi on and off, turning it to aeroplane mode and on and off, there is no sign of me having any mobile network carrier on my phone. Very disappointed, I have 4 children and a partner with medical needs. I am paying £22.99 a month and cannot use my phone. Very disappointed, I have spent days and hours on the phone to customer services online service and also managed to speak to someone and this is still showing the same issue, if not worse!
