    Hi @thusie,Ā

    Ā

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Ā

I understand how frustrating it can be when your calls consistently disconnect after around two hours.

    Ā

There is a maximum duration for individual calls on the iD Mobile network, so unfortunately this isn't a setting that can be changed on your handset or account. Once the call reaches the maximum duration, it will automatically disconnect.

    Ā

If you need to stay on a call for longer than this, you'll need to end the call and start a new one.

Is there a reason for this as its something im constantly doing having calls over 2hours limit and its quite frustrating when it keeps cutting is this something that can genuinely be turned off it has never done it on any other provider ive had?

    Hi @Simsy727,

    Ā

Calls that last 2 hours are automatically disconnected by the network. Unfortunately, this isn't a setting that can be turned off or adjusted on the account.

    Ā

If you're regularly on calls longer than 2 hours, the call will need to be redialled once the 2-hour limit is reached.

    Ā

I appreciate this can be frustrating, especially if it happens frequently, but there isn't currently a way to remove or extend the call duration limit.
