phone has no service. received text for sime or esim but no email with link

Received text as follows, if you're activating a physical SIM card, it's already in progress. Using an eSIM? Simply follow the instructions in the email with your QR code to download it to your phone. We'll send you an SMS as soon as your SIM is ready to use.

I have nit received and email or new sim. Now I have no service. I have re started phone and tried airplane mode but still nothing. Help please
