Question

Phone is not esim compatible

I have just ordered an esim but my phone is not esim compatible - what is the best way around this other than cancelling the order and ordering a physical SIM?

You can contact our Live Chat team here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat and select or type “talk to an agent” to request a SIM through chat.

Alternatively, you can visit your nearest Currys store and ask for a SIM card there.
