phone needs repaid

I’ve had an issue with this phone for a while when it overhears will it charges. Not only that but sometimes for a long period of time the screen has green lines but the phone itself has no cracks. I see I can take it to curry’s but would it be free repair as it’s in warranty ? I plan to stay with id mobile aswell

If your device is still within the manufacturer's warranty period (typically 12 months from the date of purchase, depending on the manufacturer), you can take it to Currys or contact the manufacturer directly to have it assessed.

 

If the fault is found to be covered under the manufacturer's warranty, the repair or replacement would usually be carried out free of charge. However, the final decision will depend on the outcome of the inspection and whether the issue is deemed to be a manufacturing fault.
