Hi @Chantelle 23,

I am so sorry to hear that your phone will not turn on.

Before arranging anything, it’s worth trying a couple of quick checks:

  • Plug it into a charger and leave it for at least 20–30 minutes
  • Try a force restart: press and quickly release Volume Up, then Volume Down, then press and hold the Power button until the Apple logo appears
  • Try a different charging cable/plug if you have one, just to rule that out

If it’s still not turning on, you’ll need to get in touch with Apple directly, as they handle warranty and repairs for iPhones. You can contact Apple Support or visit an Apple Store or authorised repair centre, and they’ll be able to run diagnostics and arrange a repair or replacement if needed.

If you bought the phone through iD Mobile, you can also take it to your nearest Currys to see if they can fix it for you.

Regards,

I recently bought ID phone and I was informed that the switch will be completed last night at 10pm. This didn’t happen, since yesterday afternoon my old phone was switched off and I Am not out of service. This is affecting my business sev
