Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Restart your phone.
• Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it back off.
• Check that your phone is connected to the mobile network.
• Make sure your software is up to date.
• Remove and reinsert your SIM (if you're using a physical SIM).
• Perform a network settings reset.
• If possible, try your SIM in another phone, or another SIM in your phone, to help determine whether the issue is with the SIM or the handset.
