phone number ported over to partners SIM

Hi I'm In a huge pickle. I recently bought a SIM only contract but didn't add it to my id mobile app so when porting my old number ended up accidentally doing it to my partner's phone. I tried calling within 24hours but ended up calling a fraud number which has now created its own issues. But now she has my number and her number is lost. I've been trying for days to correct this at least. Please tell me if anything is possible. Thanks

Thank you for getting in touch and for explaining what has happened. I am sorry you have been dealing with this, especially after trying to get it corrected over the last few days.

Once a number has been ported onto the wrong account or SIM, it is usually not possible to retrieve or reverse the number. However, there may still be an option for our Technical Team to investigate what has happened and see whether anything can be done.

Please contact our Live Chat team so they can check the account and refer this to the Technical Team if appropriate. While they can investigate this for you, I do want to set the right expectation that we cannot guarantee the number can be recovered.
