phone speed issue

My data is extremely slow on 4G + Wi-Fi, I have Privacy Warning on Wi-Fi, can't text shortcodes, and can't ring 0333 003 7777.

Please remove Content Control/Adult Filter and all SMS/data bars from my number. Can you also reset my line on Three's network?

As a first step, we'd recommend checking our Network Coverage Checker to see if there are any reported faults or maintenance in your area that may be affecting your service: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-support/coverage

 

With regards to the shortcodes, these require your bill cap to be set above £0.00, as they're treated as chargeable services. You can change your bill cap by:

  • Logging into the iD Mobile app or My Account.
  • Going to Services or Manage Plan.
  • Selecting Bill Cap and increasing it to your preferred amount.

 

You can also manage features such as Content Control and other account services by logging into your iD Mobile account, selecting My Services, and enabling or disabling the relevant features.

 

If you've checked all of the above and you're still unable to call 0333 003 7777, send shortcodes, or your data remains slow, we'd recommend getting in touch with our Live Chat team so they can run further checks on your line and investigate this for you.
