I requested id mobile to transfer my physical sim to esim 9 days ago. They still have not sorted this and have not received my esim and wont give me a timeframe to when this will be done. What might be the reason for the delay and could I opt out of my contract without paying an early termination fee just because they cant provide me the esim requested? I have switched phone which only accepts esim.
