PIN

Good afternoon. I forgot my pin to start my phone. I only remember  32.  Can you please tell me he pin or what should I do? Thank you very much.

    I'm sorry to hear that you've forgotten the PIN used to unlock your phone.

     

    Unfortunately, this isn't something that iD Mobile can help with, as the handset PIN is managed by the device manufacturer rather than the mobile network.

     

    We'd recommend contacting the manufacturer of the phone directly or visiting an authorised repair centre, as they'll be able to advise on the options available to regain access to the device.
