Hi, I’ve received a new iD Mobile SIM card, but I can’t activate it because I have no signal at all. I also can’t log in or register for My Account because I’m unable to receive the SMS verification code.
Please activate my SIM manually on your side in one go. I just need it working so I can receive texts and finish my account setup.
