Hi there 

I had been using my phone and SIM card fine for a long time all of a sudden yesterday phone says no SIM card? Any ideas on how to fix this I’ve tried turning phone off and on, taken SIM card out and put back in?

I do apologise that you us able to use the SIM. In order to diagnose even further please the SIM in another handset if it still does not work, please contact us via private so that we can have a look if it could be something on the account or just a faulty SIM.

I’ve tried it in another hand set and everytime I try to message privately it cancels and comes up with a survey very frustrating
