Good evening all,I currently have two contracts with ID Mobile. The one that is closest to ending I will be paying off to end earlier. Once paid off can I keep the number and pass to my other contract? I hope that makes sense. Thanks in advance Danny

Hi there @DannyMoons, unfortunately, you cannot pay off your contract early and keep the same number with us, and you cannot transfer your number between contracts.To keep your number, you’d need to upgrade or plan change via your iD Mobile account when logged into the app/website.The only workaround would be a triangle port, where you purchase a new plan with us, cancel your current plan, and then transfer your number to another network and back via a PAC code.Thanks,Tyler
