possible sim issues

Hi. People are advising me that my phone seems to take a while to connect to a call, ie it takes a while for them to hear me. I spoke to Apple who said I may need a new sim

    I am so sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing, however as this is a public platform, we would not be able to issue any SIM cards. 

     

    You can either collect one free of charge at any Currys store or you can get in touch with our customer service team via live chat to request a replacement SIM.
