Problem with number

Hi,

I have recently moved to I.D and used a PAC Code to transfer my old number. However it has almost been 2 months now and whenever I SMS someone they recieve a text of a different number.

Im trying to get through to I.D via there chat box but it's not an actual person and just the AI chat box replying which is extremely annoying.

Can someone help and advise please?

Many thanks,

AU

Hi,

I have just tried that. I also reset the phone and then switched it on and off. Unfortunately nothing works.

Please help? This is getting annoying and worrying. My contacts are constantly replying "Who is this"
