Hi I currently have a great commonly plan with you, unlimited. Unlimited and unlimited - I would like to purchase a new handset though but can’t seem to figure out if this is something that I can do - can you advise me ?

How long have you been with iD Mobile? If you have a SIM-only plan and it’s been at least six months then you should be eligible for an upgrade to a handset plan.
