Query About Contract End and Future Charges

About my current 24-month contract, which I believe is due to finish this month. I would like to confirm how many payments I have remaining, as I am a bit unsure.

Additionally, I would like to know what will happen after my contract ends. Will I continue on the same plan with 100GB of data per month, and will I be charged the same amount as I am currently paying? Or will there be any changes to the charges once the contract has finished?

I would appreciate it if you could clarify this for me.

My 24 month contract is due to end in about 8 weeks. I would like to switch to a 12 month sim only contract. How do I do that please?

As you're looking to move from your current 24-month plan to a 12-month SIM Only plan, you'll need to wait until you're within 24 days of your contract end date before you can upgrade.

 

Once you're eligible, simply get in touch with our Sales team, who'll be happy to discuss the available SIM Only options and help you complete the upgrade.
