Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty sending your RCS messages with the special greetings or written effects. I understand how frustrating this must be, especially as emojis and standard texts are still working.

This can sometimes be caused by an issue with RCS messaging, the Messages app, or the network connection. Please try the following:

• Restart your handset and then try sending the message again.
• Turn Airplane Mode on for around 30 seconds, then turn it off.
• Check that RCS/Chat features are still enabled in your Messages settings.
• Make sure your handset software and Messages app are fully up to date.
• If you're using Google Messages, go to Messages > Profile picture > Messages settings > RCS chats and check that the status shows as connected.
• If you're using another messaging app, check its equivalent RCS/Chat settings.
• If possible, try sending the same type of message to a different contact to see whether the issue affects all recipients or only one.
