remaining balance on contract is not visable

I need to move country and want to buy my contracts out but there is absolutely no way to see my remaining balance, I have had directions from a staff member and the app and desktop doesn't have any information anywhere, I have clicked threw on every option. I find this frustrating and just want to have a phone call with some to get a simple answer.
