Remove by My IPhone from Blacklist

I want to remove my iphone from Black-Listing but there is no response from ID Mobile for more than 20 hrs now.

Can anyone help me out please.

As suggested on chat, I also sent email to documents@idmobile.co.uk but no response. Any other community members facing similar issues?
