Ordered iPhone 15. DPD sent to wrong delivery hub and failed to deliver on the 28th January. Spoke to customer service live chat who advised me they would raise a complaint, and ask DPD to raise a search for parcel enquiry. On the 29th January DPD successfully delivered my order. Phone was working fine until 3 hours ago when it lost all signal I contacted live chat who advised me the phone was blacklisted due to this issue.
Live chat advised me that they have removed the blacklist and it should be normal within an hour and need to turn my phone off and on.
it’s been 2 hours and still the phone is not working and when I put phone IMIE number on blacklist website it still shows,
can someone help
