remove phone from blacklist

Ordered iPhone 15. DPD sent to wrong delivery hub and failed to deliver on the 28th January. Spoke to customer service live chat who advised me they would raise a complaint, and ask DPD to raise a search for parcel enquiry.  On the 29th January DPD successfully delivered my order.   Phone was working fine until 3 hours ago when it lost all signal I contacted live chat who advised me the phone was blacklisted due to this issue. 
 

Live chat advised me that they have removed the blacklist and it should be normal within an hour and need to turn my phone off and on. 
 

it’s been 2 hours and still the phone is not working and when I put phone IMIE number on blacklist website it still shows, 

 

can someone help

Why did you report the phone as missing so soon? You will have issues trading in the device in the future now that it has been on the blacklist register. Anyway, live chat is now closed; you will have to reach back out to them to get it unblocked tomorrow.

Didn’t report at missing, just that it failed to deliver, 

When it was delivered phone was fully functional only this evening when the issue occurred, I spoke to a live chat agent who said it would take an hour to remove the blacklist but nothing has happened and it’s still showing,

It’s all been resolved. Service was restored this morning, many thanks
