I got new phone and I wanted to activate my E sim in my new phone , for this purpose I remove it from my old phone and now I'm not able to get any verification code and not able to use my QR code that I had for the 1st time activation because uts expire now, how can I activate my esim in my new phone without verification code

Can I get my new QR code by email please?

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting your eSIM set up on your new phone, I understand how frustrating that can be.

As this is a public platform, we’re not able to send or request a new eSIM QR code from here. For security reasons, this needs to be handled through the proper support channels.

The best way to get this sorted is via Live Chat, where the team can verify your details and issue a new QR code for you.

Alternatively, you may be able to request a new eSIM through your iD Mobile account or app by heading to the SIM/eSIM section and following the prompts.

If you’re still stuck after that, the Live Chat team will be able to get everything up and running for you.
