Hi, I have recently purchased a new phone and need to transfer my plan over so I am going to request a replacement SIM but will this keep my number?

Hi @Omando

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

If your old SIM has been deactivated and you are unable to receive the verification text message containing the PIN, we will need to verify your account through an alternative method before we can arrange a replacement eSIM for your existing number.

Please contact us via private message via our socials (Facebook or Instagram) or via our live chat at https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

Thank yu,
