Hi. I have accidentally deleted my eSIM how don’t get a replacement

Thank you for reaching out to us, please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused in relation to the esim request issues.

To get a replacement eSIM, follow these steps:

Log in to the iD Mobile App or my.idmobile.co.uk and click on Plan.

Go to SIM & Phone Management > Request a replacement SIM or eSIM.

Select Get a replacement eSIM, confirm your email, and choose Yes, I want a new eSIM.

I’ve accidentally deleted my normal eSIM after returning from holiday. I’ve tried to log into my id account to requests a replacement but it’s asking for my phone number to send the verification code via text message but I can’t receive text messages as I’ve deleted my eSIM! Is there a way around this? I have emailed the support email address but I’m insure on how long I will need to wait for a response.
