I have a new phone - can’t find old one . I can’t receive a text to be able to download replacement eSIM and no other options provided

In this situation, we can generate a new eSIM for you. However, as you’re unable to receive the verification code, we’ll need to complete an identity check. This will require you to upload a clear photo of yourself holding a valid form of ID (passport or driving licence).
