@cosnick365 Hello you need to active you replacement sim card.Step 1: Activate your new physical SIMInsert sim card it into your phone.Follow the instructions to activate it. This may involve logging in to your account online or via the app and using the 19-digit SIM card number found on the card.Step 2: Remove the eSIMAfter your new physical SIM is active, you can delete the old eSIM profile from your phone's settings.Go toSettings > Mobile Services(iPhone) orSettings > Connections > SIM card Manager(Samsung) orSettings > Network & Internet > SIMs(other Android).Tap on the eSIM you want to remove and select the option toDeleteorRemoveit.Hope this helps you.Edit update try and complete this today Friday as over the weekend IDMobile are having a system upgrade and some service will not be operational.You mobile call, text and date they are not affected.Joe 🙂
