@cosnick365 Hello you need to active you replacement sim card.
Step 1: Activate your new physical SIM
- Insert sim card it into your phone.
- Follow the instructions to activate it. This may involve logging in to your account online or via the app and using the 19-digit SIM card number found on the card.
Step 2: Remove the eSIM
- After your new physical SIM is active, you can delete the old eSIM profile from your phone's settings.
- Go to Settings > Mobile Services (iPhone) or Settings > Connections > SIM card Manager (Samsung) or Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs (other Android).
- Tap on the eSIM you want to remove and select the option to Delete or Remove it.

You mobile call, text and date they are not affected.
