replacement sim is not working

I went to get my replacement sim at Currys yesterday until now it is still not working.I activated the sim already.

I don't know if I missed anything

Please help 🙏

How long have you been with iD Mobile?

What phone do you have?

What problems were you having, to need a replacement SIM?

It may be worth contacting an agent on Live Chat:-

Once you have opened a Chat, type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box so that you don’t go round in circles with the inane chatbot questions.
Also, make sure you have time put aside to do this as the agents connect to several chats at any one time and so you may have to wait for the chat to connect and also when getting replies.

In summary: try the other SIM card slot in the tray. I had trouble with a SIM not working. Tested in another phone and it worked. If your sim tray has two slots, try putting it in the other slot. Worked for me. After five days of struggle! Ps I’m on OnePlus Nord which ID Mobile says isn’t compatible. But it does work.
