Replacement Sim when mobile is in for repair

Hi, my mobile has died and is awaiting repair. Also, I seem to have lost my sim from it. If I turn up at Currys with my ID Mobile details will they issue me with a new sim? If so, I assume I can put it in a temp mobile? Thanks for your help.

I can confirm that you can head into your nearest curry's store and then collect a free replacement sim that would need to be activated and your number and allowances will then move over to the new replacement sim.

Hi @John Ingledew ,

I’m glad I could help. Once you collect and activate your replacement SIM at Currys, you can insert it into any compatible phone and continue using your number and allowances as normal.
