I need to travel to a destination that doesn’t support eSim and I need to receive a physical sim, how should I ask for one?

To request a physical SIM card, you can follow these steps:

  • If you have an eSIM and need a physical SIM, you can request a replacement physical SIM via the app or visit your local Currys store with ID.
  • You can also chat with a live chat agent and request one be sent to you by mail.
