Hello, please can you send me a new esim qr code?

 

I just upgraded my phone through ID mobile and I think I selected a physical SIM. The phone arrived but there's no SIM card. 

 

I'm happy to use an esim, so please can you send a new QR code?

I’m sorry for the confusion with your order. If no physical SIM was included and you’d prefer to use an eSIM, we can definitely help with that.
