    Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD onlineĀ Live ChatĀ service, to speak to a customer adviser ā€‹@VITHU17496Ā 

    The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekendsĀ - just tell the 24/7 chatbot youā€™d like to ā€œtalk to a personā€.
